Art Deco Period Bird Bookends

A pair of highly unusual figural bookends make an excellent display either in a bookcase or perched on a mantlepiece. Extremely heavy solid crystal they evoke the Art Deco Period with their studied gaze. The surface texture is subtly frosted and the base is polished smooth. 4 1/2" tall 11" long ca. 1920-1920's
