Wedgwood Early 19th C. drabware dessert service with gold trim

This is a superb, complete Wedgwood "drabware" botanical dessert service consisting of 12 round geranium dessert plates (8"), 2 shaped-rim geranium serving plates (8 1/2"), 4 rare elongated fern-leaf bowls (11" x 6"), 2 rectangular serving pieces (9" x 10"), 2 oval leaf shaped bowls (12 1/2" x 8"), and the "piece de resistance", a footed centerpiece or fruit bowl on matching under plate (13" x 7 1/2" - under plate 14" x 7 1/2"). This service dates to the 1830's and is in unbelievable, museum quality condition. The gold trim adds a subtle glow to the set, setting off the raised, molded veins defining each leaf.
